一、学院介绍

南京大学马克思主义学院具有优良历史传统，是立足江苏、辐射全国的马克思主义理论研究和人才培养的重要基地，是全国重点马克思主义学院、江苏省优势学科。学科实力雄厚，在新时代中国特色社会主义理论与实践研究、中国传统伦理道德思想的创造性转化研究、马克思主义发展史研究、国外马克思主义社会理论前沿研究、中国共产党与中国政治发展史等方向上形成了鲜明的特色。学院拥有一支高水平的教师队伍，总体规模约80人，其中长江学者特聘教授2人，四青人才1名，中宣部思想文化青年英才1人，教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划4人，江苏省333 高层次人才培养工程3人，教育部“择优资助计划”2人，江苏省社科英才、优青6人，江苏省高校思政课优秀青年教师“领航扬帆”人才计划4人。

二、招聘岗位设置

南京大学马克思主义学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事马克思主义理论、党史党建领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次招聘岗位助理教授不超过10个，准聘副教授不超过5个，特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。招聘研究方向包括：

1. 马克思主义基本原理研究

2. 马克思主义发展史研究

3. 马克思主义中国化研究

4. 国外马克思主义研究

5. 传统文化与思想政治教育

6. 习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想研究

7. 中国近现代史研究

8. 党史党建研究

三、申请条件

1. 遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规，热爱教学科研事业；

2. 具有良好的师德师风，恪守学术道德，勤勉工作，无犯罪记录，无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录；

3. 一流的学术背景：具有相关学科领域的博士学位，具有一流教学科研机构的学习、工作经验，熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态。其中助理教授要求博士毕业从事学术研究两年以上；准聘副教授要求博士毕业从事学术研究四年以上；

4. 出色的教学能力：应具有能够胜任本专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力，掌握良好的教学方法，具有较强的语言表达能力；

5. 突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力：应有相关研究方向的成果显示度，对相关研究领域有原创性观点，未来研究计划思路清晰，具有较好的学术潜力。

6. 具有一定的思政课教学经验且同行和学生评价优秀。

I.The School of Marxism

The School of Marxism at Nanjing University has a glorious historical tradition. It is a center for Marxist theory research and personnel training based on Jiangsu province and radiating to the whole country. It is one of the national key Schools of Marxism and possesses a key discipline of Jiangsu Province. With strong discipline strength, it has formed distinctive characteristics in the research of the theory and practice of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the New Era, the Research on the Creative Transformation of Chinese Traditional Ethics and Moral Thought, the Research of the Development History of Marxism, the Research of Marxist Social Theory, and the Research of the Communist Party of China and the history of Chinese political development.

II. The Positions

The School of Marxism plans to recruit outstanding young talents who are interested in working in the fields of Marxist Theory and CPC’s History. The application is open to scholars from all over the world. There are vacancies for 10 (maximum) tenure-track assistant professors and 5 (maximum) tenure-track associate professors. Higher positions for particularly outstanding scholars are available and application will be considered individually. Specific fields of research open for recruitment are:

(1) Basic Principles of Marxism

(2) Development History of Marxism

(3) Sinicization of Marxism

(4) Marxism Research Abroad

(5) Chinese traditional culture and ideological and political education

(6) Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for New Era

(7) Modern History of China

(8) CPC's history and building

III. Conditions for Application

The applicant should

(1) abide by the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China, and have a passion for teaching and research;

(2) abide by the ethics of teachers, uphold academic integrity, be willing to work diligently, and have no criminal record or record in breaching the ethics of teachers and/or academic integrity;

(3) have a first-rate background in academic training—specifically, a PhD in relevant disciplines, experience in studying and/or working at first-rate teaching and research institutions, and knowledge of the latest international trends and development in the relevant research field(s); The applicant for tenure-track Assistant Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than two years after receiving the doctoral degree. The applicant for tenure-track Associate Professor should have engaged in academic research for more than four years after receiving the doctoral degree.

(4) have outstanding teaching abilities—the applicant should be able to teach core and frontline courses in the corresponding discipline, and have sound teaching methodology and strong verbal skills;

(5) demonstrate outstanding research output and potential—the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development.

(6) Have certain ideological and political course teaching experience and peers and students have excellent evaluation.
