一、教授-海外优青岗位

（一）岗位条件

在相关学术领域取得了同行专家认可的科研，技术等成果，具有广阔的学术视野和创新思维，有成为该领域学术带头人或杰出人才的发展潜力。聘期内考核目标明确，具体标准可与学院联系人咨询。

（二）岗位待遇：

1.直聘教授岗位，纳入事业编制，入职即授予博士生导师资格；

A. Full Professor Positions in terms of Excellent Young Scientists Fund Program (Overseas) of National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)

Salary and Start-up package：

1.Appointed as a professor, given the qualification of doctoral supervisor.

2.During the employment period, a highly competitive and attractive salary will be provided.

3.Competitive settling-in fee and research start-up funds, fully guaranteed for settling-in and research requirements.

4.Support for independent research team establishment，sufficient authorized posts for associate professors and assistant professors, and sufficient quotas for postdoctoral recruitment

五、博士后

（一）岗位条件：

在国内外知名大学取得博士学位不超过3年，身体健康，具有严谨的科学态度和团队协作精神，扎实的研究基础和较强的科研能力。聘期2-3年，考核目标明确，具体标准可与学院联系人咨询。

（二）福利待遇：

1.博士后薪酬实行年薪制，如入选国家、校级人才计划，在学校待遇基础上叠加资助；

2.出站后，留辽工作并认定为“兴辽英才计划-博士后”的可获辽宁省奖励；

3.出站后，留连工作并认定为大连市青年才俊的，可申请大连市安家费；

(1) The successful candidate will be expected to have a relevant PhD degree (received within 3 years); a solid research foundation and strong research capability; academic prudence and team spirit.

Remunerations and Benefits

(1) Postdoctoral remuneration is based on an annual salary system.
