1. Establish and improve the university’s legal risk prevention and control system. Conduct legality reviews for major decisions, asset disposals, external cooperation, and other matters, ensuring all operations strictly comply with Chinese laws and regulations related to independently operated foreign universities.
2. Fully oversee the university’s financial operations. Formulate and implement financial plans and annual budgets, monitor revenues and expenditures, manage assets, ensure efficient and transparent fund utilization, promote asset value preservation, and maintain strict financial oversight.
