Key Responsibilities

1.End-to-End Process Automation: Responsible for bridging the closed-loop workflow from 3D structural generation to physical simulation validation, establishing a fully automated and iterative "design-feedback-optimization" pipeline.

2.MCP & Skill Development/Integration: Extract and abstract engineering domain knowledge—such as Computer-Aided Design (CAD) workflows and electromagnetic simulation/testing experiences—to develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools or specialized skills for AI agents, integrating them into target functionalities.

3.Generative 3D Design Development: Utilize diverse methodologies, including end-to-end modeling and pre-training + fine-tuning paradigms, to perform structural topology optimization, exploring innovative architectural designs that satisfy strict signal integrity (SI) performance criteria.

4.Intelligent Modeling Engine: Drive advanced secondary development based on mainstream CAD suites (e.g., Creo/ProE, SolidWorks) or open-source 3D modeling frameworks (e.g., FreeCAD) to deliver parameter-driven generation and rapid optimization loops for complex structures.

Job Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Graphics, or a closely related discipline.

2.Solid understanding and foundational background in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE).

3.Familiarity with standard machine learning algorithms, proficiency in Python, and hands-on experience in AI for CAD/CAE projects.

4.Strong logical thinking, quick self-learning capabilities, and excellent collaborative communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience deploying AI models into actual industrial engineering workflows, such as fluid dynamics (CFD), structural mechanics, or electromagnetic (EM) simulations, is highly preferred.

Experience in Generative Design projects, particularly using Generative AI (GenAI) for engineering design optimization, is a strong plus.

1. Next Generation high speed raw cable development an manufacturing for PCIe7/8,112Gbps,224Gbps and beyond.

2. High speed raw cable prototyping, mass production, focus on new material development, wire extrusion, taping etc.

3. Special core insulation and outer-jacket extrusion design and improvement.

4.Cable SI performance/quality control/ production efficient 6 optimization.

5.The final goal is to keep the leading position on raw cable SI and mechanical performance.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree and above, polymer materials science/Automation/Mechanical majors.

2. Good knowledge on mold flow analysis and simulation.

3.5-10 years high speed cable development experience in top level company, Leoni, Beldon, LTK for example.

4.Strong innovative spirit, proven result driven performances and be able to work independently under pressure.

5. Familiar with polymer materials, including low Df & foam FEP and PE etc.

6. Proficient in material development & verification, extrusion tooling and taping design and improvement.

1. Customer Complaint & Demand Response: Rapidly respond to customer quality-related requests, maintain stable customer quality communication windows, and build long-term trust with key clients.

Job Qualifications
