二、岗位描述：

1. 在所从事领域取得突出的原创性成果并受到广泛认可，展现出了出色的学术领导力，具有成长为本领域顶尖学者的素质和潜力；

2. 教师能够在广泛吸收国内外主流研究成果，结合自己的研究成果基础上，为本科及研究生开设不同层次、不同类型的课程。

3. 积极投身学科建设，如组织高水平学术论坛，参编期刊，共同营造开放、创新的学术生态。

Academic excellence: Outstanding and widely recognized original contributions in their field of research.

Leadership & potential: Demonstrated exceptional academic leadership, with the qualities and potential to become a top scholar in the field.

Teaching: Drawing on mainstream research at home and abroad as well as their own research, offer undergraduate and graduate courses at different levels and of various types.

Service / Disciplinary development: Actively participate in discipline building—organizing high-level academic forums and contributing to journal editorial work—to foster an open and innovative academic environment.

应聘者应为国内外高校的终身教授，或达到相当聘任标准的学者，或在研究机构担任相当职位、具有相当水平的人才。
