一、学院介绍
南京大学建筑与城市规划学院拥有建筑学和城乡规划学两个一级学科。建筑学科立足前沿性理论和研究型设计,秉持新工科发展思路,对新兴的城市建筑、数字建筑和绿色建筑等领域开展创新研究。城乡规划学科立足南京大学在城市科学方面的研究基础,对城市和区域规划开展跨学科的研究和教学。学院有建筑学和城乡规划学两个一级学科博士点,建筑学和城乡规划学两个一级学科硕士点,以及建筑学和城市规划两个专业硕士点。现有专职教师65名,其中教授21名、副教授22名,均有国内外知名高等院校的学习与工作经验和丰富的创作能力、工程实践经验。
二、招聘岗位设置
南京大学建筑与城市规划学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事建筑学、城乡规划学各研究方向教学科研的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘岗位数为4个,其中建筑学2个(准聘副教授和准聘助理教授各1个),城乡规划学2个(准聘副教授和准聘助理教授各1个);特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。
三、申请条件
1. 遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规,热爱教学科研事业;
2. 具有良好的师德师风,恪守学术道德,勤勉工作,无犯罪记录,无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录;
3. 一流的学术背景:具有国内外一流大学的建筑学、城乡规划学或相关学科的博士学位。准聘助理教授原则上需有2年以上的国内外一流高校或研究机构的教学或科研工作经历;准聘副教授原则上需有5年以上的国内外一流高校或研究机构的教学或科研工作经历;
4. 出色的教学能力:应具有能够胜任本专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力,掌握良好的教学方法,具有较强的语言表达能力;
5. 突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力:应有相关研究方向的成果显示度,对相关研究领域有原创性观点,未来研究计划思路清晰,具有较好的学术潜力。
6. 身体健康,能够胜任本职工作。

Faculty Recruitment, Call for Tenure-Track/Tenured Positions in 2023, School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Nanjing University
I. About the School
The School of Architecture and Urban Planning, Nanjing University, consists of Department of Architecture and Department of Urban Planning. The Department of Architecture has a solid base in innovative theory and research-based design, carrying out cutting-edge research and teaching in the emerging fields of urbanism, digital architecture and sustainable architecture. Department of Urban Planning is based upon the strong cluster of urban sciences in Nanjing University, fosters a cross-disciplinary research and teaching towards urban and regional planning. The School offers Doctor of Engineering in Architecture, Doctor of Engineering in Urban-rural Planning, Master of Science in Architecture, Master of Science in Urban-rural Planning. The School currently has 65 full-time faculty members, including 21 Professors and 22 Associate Professors, all of whom have educational and working experience in leading universities inland and/or abroad, and excellence in design and practice.
II. Positions
The School seeks excellent young talents interested in teaching and research in architecture and urban-rural planning. This academic year it drafts place of invite applications for 4 tenure-track positions, including 2 positions at the rank of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in architecture, 1 for each; 2 positions at the rank of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in urban-rural planning, also 1 for each. Special excellent high-level talents will be discussed separately.
III. Qualifications
The applicant should
(1) Abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and enthusiastic of teaching and scientific research;
(2) Good teaching ethics, adhere to academic ethics, work diligently, and have no criminal record or punishment record for violating teaching ethics and academic ethics;
(3) Outstanding academic background, i.e., PhD in architecture or urban Planning or relevant disciplines, from top universities inland and/or abroad. Tenure-track Assistant Professor should, in principle, have more than 2 years of teaching or scientific research experience in first-class universities or research institutions inland and/or abroad. Tenure-track Associate Professor should, in principle, have more than 5 years of teaching or scientific research experience in first-class universities or research institutions inland and/or abroad;
(4) Excellent teaching abilities: be competent in the core basic courses and frontier courses of the discipline, good pedagogy, and good presentation skills;
(5) Demonstrate outstanding research output and potential: the applicant should have publications in his/her field of research, original ideas about relevant fields of research, a clear vision about future research plans, and good potential for further academic development;
(6) Healthy and competent for the job.

V. Compensation Package and Support
A successful applicant will be provided with:

(4) The School provides short-term turnover housing and housing subsidies. Employees are allowed to purchase the commercial housing provided by the School at a preferential price
