二、岗位描述：

1. 每年定期在国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文，争取国家级科研课题项目。

2. 独立讲授本科生、研究生中国现当代文学必修、选修课程。

3. 每学年教学工作量不少于96学时。

Research: Publish papers on a regular basis in major academic journals both domestically and internationally; actively pursue national-level research grants and projects.

Teaching: Independently deliver required and elective courses in Chinese Modern and Contemporary Literature for undergraduate and graduate students.

Workload: Fulfill a minimum of 96 teaching hours per academic year.

三、资格条件：

应聘者应从事中国现当代文学研究，在中国现当代文学特别是中国现代文学研究中有突出成就，具有国内外知名高校的博士学位，正高职称。

Research field: Specialize in Chinese Modern and Contemporary Literature, with notable accomplishments especially in the study of Modern Chinese Literature.

Degree: Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D.) from a recognized university at home or abroad.

Professional title: Hold the senior title of full professor.
